Hackathon // March 2025 Winner ‘Most creative entry’

For digital teams, moments of delight and joy for our customers are often deprioritised in favour of functionality, usability and tight timeframes.

Working with a small team including marketers, designers and devs our aim was to provide our customers with an ‘Easter egg’. Not a literal Easter egg.. but a small, unexpected surprise creating an ‘aaah!’ moment, adding warmth and personality to our somewhat static digital products. We will work where our customers are in our app using Swerve to create a microinteraction or animation at key moments of the user journey. The solution will be flexible and changeable to reflect our flagship events such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween, delivering an emotional connection going beyond the transactional.
